Ingredients: Gram Flour / Besan : 1 Cup Water : 3/4 Cup Salt : a Pinch Baking Soda : a pinch Food Colour : Yellow (Optional) Sunflower oil Raisins Cardamom Powder : 1/2 Tbsp Ghee : 2 Tbsp For Sugar Syrup: Sugar : 1 Cup Water : 1/2 Cup  Method of Preparation:  Sieve besan for 2 to 3 times to remove the lumps from the flour and pour  this to a bowl .. To this  add water ,salt  and colour (optional) to make a batter. The consistency should be bit loose than dosa batter. Test the consistency by pouring very small amount of batter through a ladle (the ladle with small holes all over it).  Start making boondis using the batter. Roast raisins in 1 tbsp ghee and keep aside.. Now lets make the sugar syrup.  In to a pan add 1 cup of sugar, cardamom powder  and 1/2 cup water.. Mix well. Boil well till half thread consistency. CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Ingredients: Unsalted butter, melted and cooled - 1 cup Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon Brown sugar - 1 cup White sugar - 1 cup Eggs , room temperature - 4 (large) Vanilla extract - 4 teaspoon All purpose flour - 1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 cup Salt - 1 teaspoon Roughly chopped chocolate - 1 1/2 cup Method of preparation: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) then line a 7x11 inch baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. Sift all purpose flour & cocoa powder together into a bowl & keep it aside. In a large bowl combine melted butter, oil and both sugars. Add the eggs, vanilla and salt then whisk for about one minute until evenly combined and light in color. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined (Do not over mix). Fold in half of the chocolate chunks. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then smooth the top. Cauliflower is a non-starchy vegetable like  salad greens, broccoli, celery, tomatoes and cucumbers. It is low in calories and carbohydrates than starchy vegetables. It is an excellent addition to any healthy meal plan, including diabetic and low-carb diets. Although cauliflower does contain some carbohydrates, the amount of carbs is much lower than starchy vegetables. 1 cup of raw or cooked cauliflower contains about 5 grams of carbohydrates. You can make the cauliflower rice by pulsing cauliflower florets in a food processor (or grating them on a box grater) until they’ve broken down into tiny granules. Ingredients: Chicken - 1 kg Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp Onions - 3 sliced Tomatoes - 4 finely chopped Black pepper powder - 1 tsp Green chili - 6 (slit) Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Coriander leaves - finely chopped Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp Juice of 1/2 lemon Oil - 1/2 cup Water - 1/2 cup Salt - To taste Method of preparation: In a wok heat oil & fry the chicken until it becomes nicely golden. Keep it aside. In the same wok saute ginger garlic paste & then onions until the onions become golden brown. You can speed up the process by adding little salt. Now add green chillies, red chilli powder & 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and saute for a minute. Then add chopped coriander leaves & mix well. Now add the previously fried chicken & saute for 5 minutes on a medium flame. Then add finely chopped tomatoes to it & stir for 2 - 3 minutes. Cover with the lid & cook for another 5 minutes. SOYA CHUNKS CUTLET

Soya chunks is a very rich source of protein. We do not love them much, but when it comes to cutlet it is  a favourite. It is a very yummy & easy to make snack. It is great for small parties & get together. Ingredients Soya chunks - 1/2cup (washed & soaked) Potato - 1 (Boiled & Mashed) Onion chopped - 1 big Ginger garlic crushed - 1tsp Green chilly - 2 chopped Curry leaves Turmeric powder - 1tsp Chilly powder - 2tsp Coriander powder - 1tsp Garam masala - 1/2tsp Salt as needed For Coating Egg - 1 Bread crumbs Method of Preparation: Pressure cook soaked soya chunks for 1-2 whistles or till cooked . Shred it. Heat oil in pan and saute onion till transclucent. Add crushed ginger garlic and green chilly and saute. Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder & garam masala and saute till its raw smell goes off. Add shredded soya to this and saute well. CRISPY BAKED POTATO WEDGES

These are wedges of potatoes, often large and unpeeled, that are either baked or fried. They are sold at diners and fast food restaurants. They are usually seasoned with a variety of spices, commonly paprika, salt and pepper. Everyone loves crispy potato wedges.  Ingredients: Potatoes, scrubbed clean & washed - 3 (medium) Olive oil - 2 tablespoons Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons Onion powder - 2 teaspoons Paprika powder - 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper Method of Preparation: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large,  baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each potato in half lengthways, then in half lengthways again to make quarters, and then cut each half in half lengthways on the diagonal to make two wedges (so that we will get 8 wedges per potato; make sure they are about the same thickness and size). A marble cake design is achieved by very lightly blending light and dark batter. It can be a mixture of vanilla and chocolate cake, in which case it is mainly vanilla, with streaks of chocolate.    Ingredients: Condensed milk (milkmaid) -400 g All-purpose flour - 2 cups Unsalted butter - 125 g Sugar - 2 - 3 tbsp Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda - 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence - 2 tsp Milk - 250 ml (1 cup) Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp salt - a pinch Method of Preparation: Preheat the oven at 180 degree C for 10 minutes.  Sieve All purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda together. Keep it aside. In a bowl, mix condensed milk, butter, sugar, salt, vanilla essence and beat well . Add milk and beat for a few more minutes. Fold in flour gradually and mix well until it gets well incorporated. Now take 1/3 of the batter in another bowl and add cocoa powder to it and mix well.
