CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
Ingredients: Unsalted butter, melted and cooled - 1 cup Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon Brown sugar - 1 cup White sugar - 1 cup Eggs , room temperature - 4 (large) Vanilla extract - 4 teaspoon All purpose flour - 1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 cup Salt - 1 teaspoon Roughly chopped chocolate - 1 1/2 cup Method of preparation: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) then line a 7x11 inch baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. Sift all purpose flour & cocoa powder together into a bowl & keep it aside. In a large bowl combine melted butter, oil and both sugars. Add the eggs, vanilla and salt then whisk for about one minute until evenly combined and light in color. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined (Do not over mix). Fold in half of the chocolate chunks. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then smooth the top. Generously top with the remaining chocolate chunks. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until
