A marble cake design is achieved by very lightly blending light and dark batter. It can be a mixture of vanilla and chocolate cake, in which case it is mainly vanilla, with streaks of chocolate. Ingredients: Condensed milk (milkmaid) -400 g All-purpose flour - 2 cups Unsalted butter - 125 g Sugar - 2 - 3 tbsp Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda - 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence - 2 tsp Milk - 250 ml (1 cup) Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp salt - a pinch Method of Preparation: Preheat the oven at 180 degree C for 10 minutes. Sieve All purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda together. Keep it aside. In a bowl, mix condensed milk, butter, sugar, salt, vanilla essence and beat well .
