OATS, DATES & ALMOND MILK SHAKE

Ingredients: Oats                                        - 5 tbsp Dates                                      - 15 Almonds                                - 10 Milk                                        - 3 cups Method of Preparation : - Dry roast oats till a nice nutty aroma comes.  - Chop almonds and dates roughly. - Blend all the ingredients together until a creamy consistency is reached - If the mixture feels little thick add 2-3 ice cubes & blend again - Refrigerate for 30mins and Serve chilled - Garnish with dates and almonds and serve chilled ** If you need more sweetness you can add honey.. **
