BANANA BALLS

Banana Balls is a very quick & easy to prepare recipe with few ingredients. It is a very delicious recipe. Kids would love to taste them as it almost tastes like banana muffins. We can have it for breakfast or as a tea time snack as it goes well with a cup of tea or coffee.



Ingredients:


Ripe bananas - 2

All-purpose flour/maida - 1 cup 
Desiccated coconut powder - 3 tbsp 
Sugar - 1/3 cup  
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp 
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Oil for frying

Method of preparation:
- Cut the bananas into slices.
- Put sugar in a blender and make into powder. 
- Add the banana slices to the powdered sugar & blend it to make a fine paste. 
- Transfer the sugar banana mixture into a mixing bowl & add all-purpose flour, cardamom powder, desiccated coconut powder, baking soda to it and mix well.
- Heat oil for deep-frying & drop a lemon-sized batter into the hot oil. Flip in between.
- Fry on medium heat until golden brown. 

** You can adjust the quantity of sugar according to your taste.

** Ripe bananas should be used for this recipe. Use the batter immediately to avoid discoloration.
